Its really frustrating theres a hotline provided for any enquires, but no one picks it up..I've been calling them so many times and i'm always left listening to the countless message tone telling me to hold...might as well don't provide a number..useless.</div><div>Turns out, reason being my mum's withdrawn application was my dad didn't complete the payment process..</div><div>He paid once for the application and immediately he had to go malaysia...</div><div>Since its his first time applying this online, he doesn't know there's a second payment to it the next day in order for the application to be successful..</div><div><br /></div><div>So my mum and i went there hopefully can settle everything there but NO...everything now for the visit pass must be done online, according to that officer....</div><div>So we need to re apply since they cant retrieve the last application.</div><div>Very troublesome since my dad is not around now and we're rushing for time cos my mum's pass will expire next friday..</div><div>Now i'm waiting for the next e-mail from them to proceed with the second payment.</div><div>Hopefully no other disruptions this time around..i'm so fed up
